SGi have been involved with the development of Branston Locks for over 25 years, redeveloping various aspects of the ongoing project.
The scheme proposes up to 2,500 dwellings, 92,900m2 of employment floor space, a residential care home, pub/restaurant space, a primary school, a hotel, and a local centre providing retail, healthcare and associated community space.
