Village Hotel, Eastleigh

Continuing our great work in the hotel sector, it has been a great pleasure to work with Village Hotel across the country. 

Our most recent development is the Village Hotel, Eastleigh Southampton in which we provided the civil and structural design.

This project has allowed us to show our ability to deliver an all-natural urban drainage design in accordance with Hampshire County Council latest requirements and CIRIA C753.

The project had no foul or surface water connections in Bournemouoth Road and both connections have been tunnelled beneath the road to suitable outfalls. The hotel itself is constructed on 600mm diameter CFA piles with pilecaps and ground beams over. 

We're happy to note that this is our 4th new build Village Hotels in the last 3 years. We hope to be involved in many more in the future.
