The project is a re-development of an island site which involves the partial demolition of existing mill buildings and integrated new-build construction to form office accommodation on five floors.

Phase 1 consists of refurbishing the existing industrial buildings and is nearing completion. Phase 2 is more technically challenging, and consists of demolishing part of the existing complex of mill buildings and replacing this with a new build structure. In addition, two of the existing buildings are to be refurbished with an additional lighweight storey added to each building whilst retaining the listed facade to Shiffnall Street.
