Keele University is a UK leader in the conference market. The purpose of this project is to provide a base for the university’s conference activities, both commercial and academic.  It will include a 150-bed ‘premium’ grade hotel with restaurant, bar and leisure facilities, and 900m2 of conference facilities and meeting rooms.

BREEAM ‘Excellent’ is the aim of the project, which will make it one of the first hotels in the UK to achieve this rating. Technologies used will include rainwater harvesting, renewable energy such as biomass heating and increased energy efficiency
