De Vere / Village refurbishment programme

Following on from Shepherd Gilmour’s work on the De Vere and Village Hotels over the past few years, we are delighted to be involved their ongoing refurbishment programme.

We are currently working on 4 projects – three of these hotels which were trading as De Vere hotels have been rebranded as Village Hotels; these are Heron’s Reach Blackpool, Swindon and St David’s Chester. The fourth, Daresbury Park, will remain as a De Vere Hotel.

The works consist of expanded leisure facilities, bedroom upgrades and general refurbishment of public areas. Two of the hotels, Daresbury Park and Heron’s Reach Blackpool will have outdoor heated swimming pools; the other two have existing indoor swimming pools.
