Shepherd Gilmour awarded university hotel project

Shepherd Gilmour have been appointed as civil & structural engineers for Keele University’s Conference and Training Hotel following a highly competitive OJEU process. We have been awarded the project as part of the design team which includes architects, Leach Rhodes Walker and building services engineers, Hulley & Kirkwood.

Shepherd Gilmour has worked with Keele University on a large variety of projects over the past 10 years. Shepherd Gilmour’s Steven Cartwright who is responsible for our Midlands offices said, “We are delighted to have won this project after an exhaustive process. We were able to demonstrate our expertise in hotel design as well as highlight our longstanding relationship with Keele University.”
