Shepherd Gilmour are delighted to be involved in this multi-million pound mixed-use scheme at the junction of Great Ancoats Street and Pollard Street.

The project has been designed by HKR Architects for developer Royal London Asset Management (RLAM). The first phase includes a seven storey hotel for ETAP, which is part of the ACCOR group, and also a five storey office block.

Phase two will include a food store and residential accommodation.

Following receipt of Planning Permission in January 2010, RLAM and the Design Team are now pushing the project forwards to be on site late in 2010.
