Established in 1959, Shepherd Gilmour is a leading Consultancy practice, with a multi-million pound turnover. We employ over one hundred and fifty people in six offices, on construction projects located throughout the United Kingdom.

We are a multi-disciplinary engineering practice, having developed and invested in the expertise and experience required to meet the constantly evolving needs of our clients and the construction industry.

We can advise on all stages of the construction engineering process, from pre-acquisition assessments to the installation of the final bolt on site. Particularly valuable to many of our clients is our in-depth local and historical knowledge, which plays a key role in the early stage development of many projects.

We are involved in construction projects in all commercial sectors, with ongoing projects totalling several hundred millions of pounds. We take pride in the fact that a significant proportion of this workload is repeat business from satisfied clients or follows recommendations from fellow professionals, and we believe this is testimony to the quality of service and commitment we offer to each and every commission.
